Our apartments are equipped with all amenities, linens and towels.
Weekly cleaning, linens change and "final" cleaning are included in the price.

Please make your request upon the booking and during your stay one day prior, we are available also through Whatsapp.
In order to finalise your reservation, you must pay 30% deposit of the total price of your stay
within five days from your reservation confirm.
You may pay your deposit by Credit Card or bank transfer.
VENICE CITY TAX
The city tax is a mandatory extra fee payable by cash before your check-out.
Venice city tax cost € 4,00 per person per night up to 5 nights.
KEY DELIVERY and WARRANTY DEPOSIT
After your reservation is finalized, we will provide all directions about check-in and key delivery, asking you also your ID documents.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION
In the event of a cancellation:
- Up to 30 days before your arrival, no charge.
- within 29 days prior to your arrival, no refund.
Only persons listed on the booking form and whose presence has been registered with the local authorities are allowed to occupy the flat.
The number of people staying must not exceed the one of the reservation.
Booked guests cannot be changed unless previously arranged with us.
All complaints must be notify in the current day to the person responsible.
We would not be responsible for, damage or theft of personal belongings.
Will not be responsible of injuries or other incidents of our customers during your stay, if not for direct cause of negligence from our part.
We strongly suggest obtaining a travel insurance for your stay in Venice
The apartment must be left clean and tidy in same conditions as received.
You will be responsible for any damage found upon check out.
The compensation due will be charged from your security deposit.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The Check-in is from 3pm and is completely free.
Check-out until 11am.
Late Check-out upon request with extra cost.
In case of early arrival or late departure, please let us know.
If you have a late departure, you'll may use our luggage deposit service..
We will always try our best to accommodate our guests on their check ins/outs depending on the reservations and cleanings schedule.
